These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Kokuyo Workplace India Limited and its subsidiaries in India (together, “Kokuyo India”). By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our digital services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use this website or the e-store. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at response@kokuyo-india.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

We take reasonable care to describe products, materials, dimensions, finishes, lead times, and prices accurately. However, minor variations in colour, texture, grain, and tolerance are inherent to furniture and craftsmanship and are not defects.

• All prices are shown in the applicable local currency and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated.
• An order placed through the e-store is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable locations — and we will refund any amount already collected.
• Custom, made-to-order, and configured products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where required by law.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, customs, site readiness, or force-majeure events.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the collection of the amounts due for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. Kokuyo India does not store full card details on its own systems.

Standard catalogue products are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page or in the accompanying documentation. To be eligible:

• Products must be used for their intended purpose and under normal conditions.
• Original invoice and product identifiers must be available for verification.
• Claims resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, third-party installation, or normal wear are excluded.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, republish, or resell any content or product data without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the security or integrity of the site.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or infringing content through any form or upload field.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Use automated systems to place orders, generate quotes, or access non-public areas.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that we reasonably believe are in breach of these Terms.

All content on this website — including product designs, photography, videos, drawings, copy, trademarks, logos, and the “Kokuyo” brand elements — is owned by Kokuyo India, its group companies, or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the site for personal or internal business purposes only. No other rights are granted by implication.

When you submit enquiries, applications, moodboards, testimonials, images, or feedback, you grant Kokuyo India a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use, host, store, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating our services and improving our products. You confirm that you have the rights to share what you submit and that it does not infringe any third party.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, dealer portals, or payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or services. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms.

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kokuyo India disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product renderings, room visualisations, and configurators are illustrative only and are not binding representations of the final product in your environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kokuyo India, its group companies, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the website or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product purchased through the e-store is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kokuyo India harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the site or an account at any time — with or without notice — where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to other users. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
